This page includes tips and tricks from us for how to get really fast solving with only one hand. Below are a list of tips that we have put together that we both think are very important for fast one handed solving times. Videos will hopefully follow soon as well.
This playlist has tutorials that can take you from not being able to solve one handed to averaging under 15 seconds or even faster than that. From fingertricks and basic turning to algorithms...

This particular example perfectly highlights why Gentle One-Handed Method With Clear Instructions is so captivating.
For basic one handed solving, all you need to learn is how to turn the cube quickly. In this video I show the fundamental turning techniques and a few example algorithms, but note that it will take a lot of practice and buildling muscle to achieve fast turning.

Single handed solves require a lot of practice and completely different finger tricks. Most cubers prefer to use their left hand which makes it easier to perform R-U moves. For the most part, one-handed speedsolvers use the exact same method as they do for regular two handed solving CFOP/Fridrich.

Now that you've learned how to solve the cube, the next challenge is to learn how to do it with just one hand! In these tutorials we introduce you to some of the basics that you need to know when starting out with one handed solving.
